installation,

programming

instructions,

well

as

a

user

guide,

will

be

provided

with

the

Product

packaging.

The

user

guide

will

also

be

available

online.

TF

will

also

maintain

a

customer

service

call

-in

center,

which

will

be

available

to

answer

customer

questions

regarding

installation,

activation,

programming,

or

operation

of

the

Basic

Product

and

Accessory,

but

will

not

provide

any

advice,

instruction,

or

other

information

regarding

the

location,

arrangement,

layout,

or

configuration

of

the

Basic

Product

or

any

Accessory.

No

one

associated

with

TF

will

be

physically

involved

in

the

installation,

restoration,

inspection,

testing,

repair,

or

replacement

of

the

Product

or

any

component

of

the

Product

nor

will

anyone

associated

with

TF

directly

supervise

any

person

performing

any

of

those

tasks.

Moreover,

no

one

associated

with

TF

will

have

the

ability

to

wirelessly

connect

to

an

installed

Product

in

order

to

run

diagnostics,

perform

maintenance

or

testing,

or

make

any

repairs.

8.

The

Purchaser

will

purchase

airtime

cards,

which

will

be

sold

in

denominations

of

either

30

days

or

365

days,

and

will

add

the

airtime

cards

to

the

Basic

Product

to

connect

to

the

cellular

system

of

a

wireless

carrier.

Like

the

Basic

Product

and

Accessories,

the

Purchaser

will

buy

additional

airtime

cards

at

third

party

retail

locations.

It

may

also

be

possible

for

the

Purchaser

to

purchase

additional

airtime

via

Internet

from

TF

or

one

of

its

affiliates.

It

is

through

the

wireless

connection

that

text

message

and

calls

are

transmitted.

9.

Neither

TF

nor

anyone

acting

on

TF's

behalf

holds

a

current

professional

mechanical

or

electrical

engineering

registration

in

the

State

of

Iowa.

10.

TF

is

not

a

party

to

any

pending

proceeding

involving

the

issues

raised

herein.

Moreover,

to

TF's

knowledge

the

issues

raised

have

not

previously

been

decided

by

the

Department

of

State

Fire

Marshal

and

are

not

currently

under

investigation.
